Hey guys, got some great feedback yesterday so I'm kindly asking for your help again!
Attached is the full res, if you could let me know which option you prefer that would be great.

I really love the colour scheme. I like option B!
B for me,
A is really strong too.
All looking great, but prefer A!
Really effective colour schemes. B for me
Option B for me!
I'd say 'C' - it has a nice amount of contrast.
I'd go with C, or somewhere between B and C. The contrast is good.
I'd also lose the "3D" effect, maybe it's just a personal preference. Even here in your preview the bottom edges of the icon look very soft (especially in B and C). Here are some icons on my homescreen. All of them are nice and crisp, apart from Instagram and Dropbox. The bottom edge sort of blends into the background/shadow (it's worse on darker backgrounds, but the iOS homescreen looks like absolute shit with a light wallpaper, anyway). (Also Hangouts... well is the point of that little thing at the bottom I don't know). But I hope you see what I mean. :)
@Prekesh Chavda Thanks for the great feedback man. Much appreciated. I'm gonna play with this a bit more :)
Have you thought about going with a 3x3 grid instead of 4x4? I feel that at 100% size, 4x4 might be a little too small.
Now, in terms of the options above, I personally feel that the monochrome versions don't feel like tiles. But I also feel that the colour palette in the other version is too varied.
I would love to see a 3x3 version with less colours.
To really get that 'tile' feel, have you thought about placing the 'T' on a tile, and having that tile slightly crooked, sitting on top of the other, perfectly aligned tiles?
You know my choice ;)
@Joshua Hibbert Thanks man, that's really helpful feedback. I really appreciate it! Not tried with 3x3, so worth a shot!
A all the way.
I'd also go with B or C, but I feel the top part of the BG on both blends in too much with the top of the T. I'd darken the top a wee little notch.
Love the concept! I prefer the contrast of C. And would maybe increase it slightly on the top row. It might help at smaller sizes.
I prefer A for some reason. I'm guessing that it comes closest to what the actual app is going to be like (inside). Though I wouldn't dare judging without actually knowing the service.
i think i'd say C but without the shadow on the actual logo :D so pretty though danno!
For some reason, I really like F.
There is just something about A that I really like, I think it might be the mix of colours together.
I've never been really good at icon design, so I would take my feedback with a pinch of salt! However, i'll comment on how it makes me feel and what my immediate first impressions are.
I personally like to keep things simple, so I'd probably go for a solid colour on this one (Like your previous shots). I don't think its fair for people to say that it looks like 'j j', I think the T treatment has been executed well. I would however, work on perhaps introducing some straight edges to the T? Maybe something like this... http://cl.ly/PSpV
If I were to choose from the ones above, I'd probably say B. I think the lettering sits nicely on those colours — i'd maybe even tone them down near the bottom just a tad — but overall, good work man! Interested to know how this concept turns out!
@James ✌ Thanks man, really great feedback! Much appreciated.
I prefer C
