Zenefits is a San Francisco-based startup that's raised over $580M for its all-in-one digital HR platform for small and medium-sized businesses.
They came to Clay in early 2019, shortly after a complete overhaul in their top management, followed by the logo redesign. They were looking to broaden their digital visual identity and explain the product in a user-friendly yet approachable way to increase web conversion.
We started with defining a new content and UX strategy that connected the product and people using it, putting the user in the spotlight. We then redesigned the website using an interactive storytelling approach and delivered a visual identity framework, including illustration, iconography, and motion.
As a result, the homepage conversion has increased by a whopping 141% or 2.41x.
