Interactive Sankey Timeline (Career Paths)

Here is an interactive sankey, because I like torturing myself. 😂

On a more serious note, I was tasked with exploring an interactive version of a career path experience. We had analytics data on a plethora of paths before and after a job title, so one of the challenges was simplifying the story. In this case, I only allowed a top percentage to come through, and organized the titles by salary (since my hypothesis was that a user is mostly interested in promotion path opportunities, or else a career change with an equal or higher salary).
