Adioso is now responsive

It took a short while but now www.adioso.com is completely responsive. Zurb's foundation framework helped me with the low hanging fruit, and some sass responsive mixins helped with the rest (https://gist.github.com/wernah/5696974).

I also implemented icon fonts, maintained aspect ratio's for all destination cards and optimised some interactions for mobile (adding filters). Been a big month.
