visual identity with a jewellery approach

How about applying classic grids to make a perfect dribbble shot?
Let's see my last work for a new jewelry brand where I took a fundamental idea behind clanships. There, we see precious materials being used in ancient jewelry art conveying the origins of an alchemical heritage.
To express my graphical vision for this identity I chose typography that transfers clients to those times when people took gold and silver as main alchemical issues. That's why I decided to go with an unorthodox contemporary serif Ā«LapicideĀ» by Emilie Vizcano. I strived to underline the origins of typography by applying a visual effect of it being engraved on a stone.
So, any thoughts on grids?
