Nurse Ross

I volunteered to do a couple illustrations for nurses working at New York Presbyterian that are working with the pandemic that has been going on. They are hoping these would bring up morale within the hospital, so I jumped at the chance to do something that could be meaningful during this crazy time.
This is the second illustration and I decided to change up the pose. I considered an Uncle Sam reference but didn't think it fit, so I just focused on a "power" stance and coincidentally they have a body builder on their team, so it fits well with the hospital.

I guess the hardest part for this was drawing in the face mask and face shield just cause it hid half of the face, so it was a little hard to get a good "emotion" from the eyes without making him look angry and more of a caring/approving/strong/you're doing good/intense look.
