Updated Chargers Concept Logo

With some very helpful notes from Ross Hettinger, I updated the Chargers logo with their fabulous new colors, new bolt and LA mark. I also made some adjustments to the horse's scale and proportions that I think improves the balance of the entire piece. Concept logo only.
