Choose Gratitude over Fear

Different feelings are shifting inside me during these hard times of this pandemic... I guess it's normal but the things we think and feel most of the time - these we attract the most.

So, I found that the only thing that gets me calm whenever I feel fear and anxiety is gratitude!
It is impossible to feel fear at the same time you feel gratitude with your heart!

And we all have so much to be grateful for!

I am thankful that I have a beautiful place to stay right now, even though I am far from home; I am grateful that I am healthy and with my beloved one; and even though our long-term trip through South America won't be possible, I am happy that I am here right now.
