We've just made pins a whole lot better! With Recipe, Movie, and Product pins, its a whole lot easier to keep track of what you love, and take action on it later.

This was a blast to design, and I can't wait to show you the rest of the stuff we're working on.

Check out more at the Pinterest blog.

cool. without seeing your profile I first thought this was a "would be cool if Pinterest did this" but then after seeing in detail, I have to say this is really nice. I hate for recipes making what seems like 5 clicks to get to the recipe. (granted, this means people need to Pin something this way from the start and not repinning a few pages out from the recipe but love the idea)

Incredible work. My wife uses Pinterest constantly and I find myself constantly looking over her shoulder to gawk at how nice the UX perfectly matches the UI. I assume the recipe info is from the Punchfork acquisition?

I am a pinterest nut and I use it for pining logos, ui stuff, illustrations and such. I've never come across pins looking like this until today, seeing your shot and now seeking up recipe-pins and movie-pins. A problem I guess you (Pinterest) have is that the special movie and recipe-pins gets lost in "regular" movie and recipe pins and that's why I've never really seen them.

How about articles and sites? I'd love to save articles for reading another time and also start using Pinterest as a bookmarking tool.
