Resume vcard Box - Rebound

Possibly going on a limb here, but here's a more complete 800x600 view of the resume page of the vCard I am working on.
It's a simple 4 box content vcard with the first 2 displaying the percentage approximation of self rating of the profile owner, with coding and design skills, and then the last 2 boxes have just some text about the education and work experience of the profile owner.

I'm really looking for some good feedback on this design. What might be changed to make it look better.
