Credit application concept

The client

The client is one of the German banks operating with big companies and investors. It’s not a traditional commercial bank, they don’t don’t have many clients, but they specialize on huge credits and loans for big new investments.

My role

I was working on this project as UX/UI designer with a group of developers, project manager, product owners and other steakholders.

My role was to prepare and present a concept design of a mobile app for bank customers based on the findings.

The challange

The bank was looking for solution that will make the credit process much easier and clear for their employees and customers.

Bank employees need to stay in touch with the customers and notify them about necessary documents and creadit application progress.

Bank customers need to be notified about the progress and be able to send all necessary documents to the bank.

The solution

The solution for the bank customers was a mobile app for the helping them to apply and be involved in each step of the process. Customers can see the credit progress and are able to upload all necessary documents vie mobile app.

These screens have been designed as a part of proposal before workshops with the client.
