BRIX Tavern - Logo

The Urban Restaurant Group hired me to create the visual identity for their second restaurant BRIX tavern. Located in Portland Oregon's pearl district in an old brick building the client wanted a logo that reflected the rustic laid back atmosphere. I gave them several options that evoked a sturdy industrial feeling with lots of visual texture. The final result evoked everything the restaurant group wanted and they were so pleased with the logo they asked me to craft the logo for their third restaurant investment.
