Easter Stained Glass

Unused Easter concept for Connection Point Church.

Based this on a moldboard I was provided but I tried hard to create a stained glass illustration in a style and layout that made it seem unexpected and more modern. Here are some thoughts behind the art:

1. The flower is a symbol of rebirth, spring vibes. It could even be a perennial which “dies” and comes back to life each Spring.

2. The cross is in the shadows, the flower is kind of growing out of it, death to life

3. Flower almost looks like it is breaking the glass as it grows
