As he transitioned from a career in college athletics coaching into the leadership development space, my client wanted to do more than rack up credentials and certifications. He had been working through a period of deep and honest self-examination, gaining clarity on his own values and mission as a leadership and professional development coach.
Together, we dove into his brand identity and developed content that spoke to shifting the nature of leadership toward a focus on personal growth and well-being. I brought that same sincerity and integrity into the design concept, which balances the transparent and vulnerable with the established and professional.
