Hiring Platform – Job Ad Creation

Hi Guys, long time no see. I was really busy working on several flows and new features for the hiring platform JOIN – including the new Job Ad Creation you see here. This is just a small teaser of what is coming. The overall approach was to be minimal, functional but still engaging. What are your thoughts on this?

Hi again 👋🏻, for a lot of HR Managers it is really important to create screening questions helping them to target the right candidates. Based on this JOIN also needed this option within its job creation process – as a premium feature. With this feature companies can add different types of screening questions, customize them based on their needed information and select if they are required or optional.
