Transition Prototyper (w/ download)

Part of the many joys in mobile design is experimenting with and specifying transitions. For some of our upcoming projects, I decided to build a small tool to help prototype some of these transitions. I've attached it for you to play with and rift on. One of these days I'll get around to hosting it on my GitHub. Cheers!
