Insurance Quote Form

I designed this for my previous startup Truedime , an online insurance marketplace for international students. Since most users were first timers in the US, a friendly minimal interface is used to avoid information overload.

A small avatar of my cofounder is in the right corner, providing a space for helpful tips on each page of the form.
