Lift Off 🚀

We have LIFTOFF!!! 🚀 This might be my favorite illustration to date. I utilized a ton of different techniques to achieve the overall aesthetic. I'm not always satisfied with my work upon publication, but this one makes me feel especially good.

You can expect plenty more space vibes after this! I've decided to narrow my niche by focusing on more space inspired work for a while. For how long? Till I get bored, which I can't see happening any time soon!

Tools Used: As usual, I kickstarted everything with pencil and paper. For the digital stage I setup the vector layers in Adobe Illustrator, then added all the vibrant glows and textures in Photoshop. Shoutout to Retro Supply for the awesome brushes.
