Map Maker Icon

Here's a little sneak at the app icon I'm working on. First time doing a real Mac icon! This is for an internal app we are making, so those who want to use it, sorry! Would love some feedback though. I don't think I got the depth right on this one. Oh, and the leaves in the pic are gong to be replaced as I get further with the iOS app's design elements.

Edit: big shout out to @Ollin. I used his wrench as a guide for mine. He's absolutely amazing!
