Another version of the main ui with a reduced sidebar to make room for more support tickets. Make sure to check out all the real pixels and variations in the attachments.

Looks great! Not a big fan of purple->blue gradient on active tab in the sidebar.

Great work Charlie. As someone said last time, you've made complicated UI look so much less messy.

The only think I'm not a huge fan of is the noise in the main header (too strong), and I think there could maybe be some separation between the main header and the next (red) line down.

Just my 2 cents anyways bud...

Love it ! Not sure Google will appreciate that the "Bug" category is associated with an android icon lol ;)

I'm following your projects since the beginning, you really make great UIs !

Look r2 all the tickets are done! Diggin the reduced sidebar, what happens if there's more tickets than the screen width can handle - do they just go to 2 rows?

  13. Charlie Waite Charlie Waite

@Adam Blair yeah exactly - it will stack and the amount of cards you get horizontally depends on screen width.

Would be nice to have the option to expand or collapse the sidebar menu to allow for more support tickets vs more info in the sidebar. Something to the effect of the WordPress Admin menu. I, at least, find it extremely helpful.

The new organisation for the Inbox seams perfect (coming soon ?).

I’m still not convinced by the quick reply (same amount of clicks less informations) but Ian told me some people love it.

The small sidebar might be nice on a laptop.

To sum it all, it looks really neat and pretty.

@Fabrice Delaneau yeah it's nice to have options - like you said same amount of clicks but for some people I am sure it seems quicker. Thanks for the feedback.
