Biography
Rebecca Ford of New Canaan, CT is a Montreal-born artist and designer. After receiving her formal higher education at Concordia University in Montreal, studying Art History, she delved into the world of design. Immersing herself in art history gave her a broad perspective and appreciation of the theories and methodologies used throughout the discipline and an edge when working as a designer. Never formally trained in fashion design, this lack of convention gave her the freedom to be truly unique and a trendsetter. Delving into the world of art brought an appreciation of culture, form, and medium, which Rebecca was able to marry with her design work.
