I lead and manage the design team to create innovative solutions that address the core needs of scientists, laboratory assistants, and all stakeholders. I own the human-centered design process from the early-stage concepts through delivery and result measurement.
I work on optimizing and improving routine tasks during Drug Discovery and Drug Production processes by applying design thinking, research and business analysis skills. Step by step it allows us to bring medicines and therapies to people faster and save real lives.
