This company is an offshoot of Ashford Hospitality Trust, which Bennett also founded. Under his expert guidance, both companies enjoy a rich portfolio of holdings. These holdings include two signature properties: The Ritz-Carlton St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands and The Ritz-Carlton Lake Tahoe in Nevada County, California.
