UX/UI Designer
Our design team is highly collaborative, and each member has wide responsibilities and freedom to act. We are looking for talented UI/UX designers to help lead the direction of future releases while working closely with our marketing, support, and sales teams.
UI/UX Designers at Vagaro are natural problem solvers skilled in interaction design, prototyping, and user testing. You will be challenged in an ambitious, ever-changing organization that values vision, execution, persistence, and flexibility. You will take ownership of the Vagaro product by solving complex problems in simple, elegant ways. As Vagaro continues to rapidly expand, we need a proactive designer to work on a wide range of Vagaro products.
The day-to-day
- Create and improve Vagaro products on native mobile and web applications
- Work closely with the product team to create and maintain consistency across all platforms
- Simplify complex interaction problems and champion a user-centered design methodology
- Wireframe and create early stage prototypes
- Deliver polished designs and elaborate specs to our development team with smooth handoff
- Evolve and maintain our style guides
Qualifications
- 2+ years of UI/UX experience
- Sketch and Zeplin Extraordinaire
- Great taste and aesthetic awareness
- A foundation in how native apps and web applications work and are built
- An understanding of information architecture
Nice to have
- Passionate about beautiful, minimal, responsive design
- Experience with Webflow, Zeplin, and Sketch
- Familiarity with animation: Principle, Framer
- Humor and fun working collaboratively with others
