Your tasks:

• Design System: Our Product & Engineering team is looking forward someone who knows how to build and continuously improve a scalable Design System.
• Experience Design: In close collaboration with the Product team you will establish the Double Diamond Process and will lead us to a user centric product development.
• Visual Design: You will create mockups and low fidelity prototypes which will lead us to a top-notch UI and Interaction Design appreciated by our clients and developers as well.
• Team Building: As our first Designer you can actively steer the future of our design organisation.

Your experience:

• Work experience: 3-5 years in handling similar tasks successfully
• User-centered design: experience in building and maintaining user-centred design processes in a fast pace startup environment
• Experience in various design fields (Visual Design & Interaction Design)
• Language skills: You are fluent in English, German skills are a plus.
• Portfolio: An exciting and expressive/compelling summary of your previous work
