Lisnic is a game-changing platform that connects Mentors with Mentees globally and enables mentoring sessions to be run via video conferencing through the website.

We are a fast-moving tech startup that will be growing at a rapid rate. We work hard but like to have fun along the way.

Our dog-friendly office is based in Richmond, Melbourne. The successful candidate will be required to work in the office 5 days a week during the probation period.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Digital Designer who can assist with design work for our newly launched tech platform. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• designing internal assets include new features for the tech platform and EDMs

• reviewing customer feedback and making design recommendations to resolve issues

• run internal and external workshops

• setting up and running internal users/customer interviews, and

• providing suggestions and ideas based on user-centered design principles.

SKILLS

• Must have experience in a similar role

• Proficient in Adobe Creative suite and Photoshop

• Strong creative, design and multitasking skills

• Detail-oriented

• Demonstrated ability to create effective designs based on brief provided

• Must be comfortable working in a constantly changing environment
