Graphic Designer

Duck Camp is seeking a collaborative and self-starting Graphic Designer to support design and aesthetic endeavors across the brand. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team of hard working and creative individuals innovating within the outdoor apparel industry in a design-centric way.

You will report to the Creative Director and assist our creative, product, and marketing teams with any and all graphic needs across the entire business. This role will largely focus on production and marketing material work, but there will be plenty of opportunities to grow and develop all mediums of visual design across the brand in a lasting and foundational way. 


Some duties and responsibilities of this position:

  • Design and management of marketing assets for use across print, web and social media
  • Working with marketing team to create graphic and photo assets for use across our website
  • Creation and development of email marketing campaigns
  • Support for consumer and dealer catalogs and mailers
  • Graphic design for use across apparel
  • Processing and editing of photos for web, marketing and catalog use


Skills and experience needed for this position:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of design experience and a portfolio that shows a proficiency in print and digital design
  • Expert-level command of the Adobe Suite - namely Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign with brownie points for XD
  • Good grasp of Pantone management and color translation across various standards
  • Willingness to work in a production capacity, but an excitement to grow in all creative avenues
  • Top notch written/verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively every day with Creative Director and marketing team
  • The ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines at the same time while remaining comfortable in a fast paced atmosphere
  • More brownie points for illustration or motion skills or experience within the apparel industry with things like tech packs, t-shirt designs, etc.
