Product Designer

As a Product Designer (m/f/d) at SYNAOS you will work alongside designers, software developers, product owners to design new web application features, and supporting other teams in solving their daily challenges.

Your mission

Figma will be your natural environment, in which you will create and improve high-quality design concepts based on Figma components and your imagination.

• Defining and designing of the SYNAOS design patterns and micro-interactions standards
• Validation of the work by using interactive prototypes and supporting the frontend development by a professional implementation process 
• Contribute to the development of the Design system and the improvement of the design process together with other team members
• Design of innovative, functional and user-friendly state-of-the-art surfaces for the SYNA.OS software ecosystem
• Development of design system components and strong design principles
• Constantly improving the design process and developing the team documentation
• Collaborate with Designers, Frontend Developers, and Products Owners for improving a product

What you bring

• Passion for design digital industrial and complex products
• Several years of experience in designing Web & Mobile applications
• Strong Figma skills and experience in working with Figma Autolayout 3.0 & Variants
• Great design track record in web / mobile design
• Knowledge of common and new UI design and micro-interaction patterns
• Experience in agile collaboration with (front-end) developers and product owners
• Knowledge of animation tools (e.g. Principle, After Effects) desirable
• Languages: German and English fluent
