What is Bandwagon?

We are an identity infrastructure company that helps companies transparently aggregate, manage, and store valuable consumer identity information with a singular focus on creating better experiences with products and services. Bandwagon was started in 2015 and is headquartered in Greenville, South Carolina. We leverage blockchain, multi-party computing, homomorphic encryption and proprietary technology to develop solutions to support our customers. We believe that transparency can be increased without losing trust and that is why we have created the Glassbox Technology™ philosophy. This approach differs greatly from age-old beliefs that marry obscurity with security. What would be your responsibilities?

Responsibilities will include full-stack development and maintenance of production web services and browser-based web applications in a fast-paced startup atmosphere. Flexibility and eagerness to learn new technologies a must. The position further requires a one-quarter share of 24-hour on-call time to handle off-hour service disruptions. The position will be based in our Greenville, SC office.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or a related field or 3 years of industry experience (Code School graduates are also welcome to apply!)
• Experience with Javascript
• Startup mentality: self-starter, proactive, flexible, team-oriented
• The ability to prioritize and multitask in a scrappy, entrepreneurial environment
