Product Designer UX/UI (m/f/d)

As Product Designer UX/UI (m/f/d) at ToolTime you will build and scale with us the most innovative software solution, that will not only help home service businesses to cope with their office work in the easiest and most efficient way possible, but set them up for future growth and success.


What you will do

  • As Product Designer you become part of a cross-functional product squad which focuses on constant value delivery to our customers
  • Together with the product managers and engineers of your squad you will be analyzing the needs of our customers and defining the feature roadmap based on those needs
  • While excelling in hands-on design work, you engage in overall product design activities as a design thought leader
  • In collaboration with Product Management, Engineering and Customer Success you will develop innovative product concepts
  • You will be contributing and maintaining our state-of-the-art design system as well as introducing thoughtful and consistent design patterns
  • While being always up to date about the latest design tools, methods, processes, and trends you will drive design matters proactively as well as actively engage with the design team, the company and even beyond
  • You will be illustrating design ideas using storyboards, user flows, wireframes and prototypes
  • By drawing insights from product analytics you will derive ideas for UX/UI improvements
  • Your success will be measured by the goals you and your squad set yourself


What we are looking for

  • 2+ years experience building digital products in close collaboration with developers and product managers
  • Work experience in agile product team setups and short product iteration cycles
  • Experience in developing, testing, and refining concepts based on research, insights, and brand principles
  • Ability to narrow down complex requirements into simple, clear and elegant design solutions
  • Experience in creating innovative user interface designs, enabling delightful and meaningful user experiences
  • Deep knowledge of current design tools (e.g. sketch, figma, abstract, framer,...), responsive web design and mobile apps
  • Willingness to roll-up your sleeves to bring design solutions to life
  • Strong interpersonal and teaming skills, passion, empathy and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication with very good English skills, in order to clearly explain design decisions and processes to stakeholders
