About Iris

Iris is a social stock market mobile app. It is a home for retail stock market investors to discuss ideas, learn from each other, and make money investing. We launched Iris in late 2020 and already have 20,000+ users that love our app. We are VC backed and are looking to grow our team by hiring our first full-time UI/UX role.

About the Role

We are looking for an analytical, empathetic and creative UI/UX Designer who is excited to understand the needs of our users. You're passionate about user research and gathering insights to inspire and inform your design and to transform those findings into simple and elegant UI/UX solutions. You're also passionate about the stock market and investing and you're familiar with apps. and services like Robinhood, Reddit WallStreetBets, and similar. You will be our first UI/UX designer. We're looking to you to lead the charge and be extremely self-motivated in getting the work done.

A strong portfolio of successful UX and UI design is essential. This role reports directly to the CEO.

Pay: $120K - $150K per year with great benefits
