Graphic Designer

Job Description


As a Graphic Designer at FM, you’ll be joining an award-winning in-house creative team that’s hellbent on pushing our craft and creativity to the next level. Your role will be to use your creative, abstract, problem-solving talent to make work that turns the heads of the most iconic studios, brands, and creatives in the industry. More specifically, we need you to build existing brands, launch new ones, design groundbreaking marketing and advertising campaigns, and maintain our cyclical media channels.


Core Duties:

  • Creating innovative design solutions for marketing and advertising campaign collateral (email, social and digital ads, print pieces, press kits, landing pages, etc.)
  • Translating business requirements into innovative and intuitive design solutions.
  • Establishing, implementing, and updating brand guidelines across Musicbed, Filmsupply, and future ventures for the FM brand.
  • Collaborating with Creative Team members in the discovery, definition, and implementation phases of the design process.
  • Working in tandem with other designers, copywriters, and marketing personnel to continually refine and elevate design solutions for our routine media channels (social media, email, digital ads)


Experience and Skills:

  • 3-5 years professional experience on an in-house team or in an agency environment
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once in a fast paced environment
  • Experience in photography and/or illustration a bonus
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  •  Degree in Communication Design or related field of study a bonus

Work Location: FM Corporate 

Title: Graphic Designer

Reports to: Art Director

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday 

Hours: 40-50 hours per week
