Avi Medical runs patient-centric, tech-enabled medical practices that provide a convenient, personalised and holistic digital and physical patient experience, unlike regular general practitioners. We employ our medical doctors and provide them a 21st-century work environment that enables them to deliver the best care.
The Role
You will take over the responsibility for the digital user experience and design of all our products and services. This includes the Patient App (mobile & web) as well as the Practice App (web) for our medical staff. Both apps are currently under development and will be released in early 2021. However, this is just the beginning. We have big plans on how to evolve these products in the future. You will collaborate closely with our CPO & CMO and be the first in-house designer.
Your Responsibilities
- Create the ultimate user experience and always be striving to improve it even further
- Develop beautiful, consistent user interfaces for our mobile and web applications
- Conduct occasional user testings and analyze user feedback, analyze metrics and usability findings to tailor your design to customer needs
- Develop and maintain consistent user interfaces across all channels
- Collaborate closely and regularly align with our product, marketing and engineering team as well as stakeholders
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in a UX/UI role, having worked on both mobile and web apps
- Outstanding portfolio of design projects and experience with wireframe tools and design software (we use Figma, but are happy to learn more)
- High attention to detail and at the same time being able to keep the big vision in mind
- Ability to understand user needs based on research and data analysis
- Willingness to take over a lot of responsibility and being 100% reliable
- Entrepreneurial mindset, structured thinking and independent working style
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and efficient communication skills
- Full working proficiency in German and English
