Graphics/Brand/CI Designer

My wife and I are looking for a proficient, female graphics designer (Brand, CI, Core Web Assets) for a mission-led, for profit e-commerce platform to promote products by women for women. The role would start as freelance and can easily evolve into full time roles and leadership positions. We believe there are, to this day, major disadvantages faced by women across most aspects of our life. We hope that by creating awareness and providing empowerment through opening market opportunities for products, we can contribute to making a difference. The idea is to build an e-commerce page, curated and aspirational, with products for women, and where possible, made by women or by companies who are truly equal-opportunity and have female leaders. The page should have a luxurious, aspirational and editorial appeal. We believe in the power of great design. We have been executives at several dominant e-com and tech companies of our days and are now looking to contribute in a broader sense.
