UX/UI/Developer (Looking to hire ASAP)

Hello! We're looking for a developer or small development shop (5+ years of experience) that we can partner with on a series of internal and client projects. Need somebody (team) that's capable of UI/UX, front end design and basic CMS. Proficiency in HTML and CSS a must, with JavaScript preferred. It's hands on work with a good team on projects across entertainment and marketing.

Fee: Our projects have hourly rates from $50-$100/hr USD. Ideally we find a developer or small development shop that is willing to provide flexibility based on each assignment. $50/hr is for our internal needs and personal projects. $100/hr is for lower budget client work.  

Term: This engagement will be starting immediately and on-going as a retainer of hours, or specified scope of work for individual projects.
