Graphic Designer - Marketing team
Graphic designer within the Readdle Marketing team creates all sorts of visual marketing materials, internal resources, a brand system for Readdle, and creates assets needed for performance marketing tests. We expect a candidate with senior level skills to own work for product and brand promotion, wherever there is interaction with the client in the context of brand awareness and sales.
Expected Results:
- Create in-app design elements for communication with users (onboarding and payment screens)
- Create assets to optimize conversions/activation of the product for both Sites and inside the app
- Create assets for Facebook ads (and other channels)
- Suggest a new visual direction that is aligned with the positioning and values of the company
- Be proactive in suggesting new bold things
- Organizing design assets and design system
Processes and functions:
- Create design materials for communication with the users to show the value of new features, to optimize conversions/ activation, and to maintain the product’s identity and positioning
- Create variations of A/B testing assets for artworks, partners banners
- Create design materials inside the company
- Work on design materials for social media
- Work on internal brand and product guidelines
- Creation of a visual language of brand communication
- Create countless assets for Facebook ads of our products
Work in a Team:
- With PPC and Performance managers, create design materials for products.
- With marketing managers, work on visual elements for social media, App Store, and Google Play, product landing pages
- With Product Designers, Marketing designer, and Motion Graphic Designers, work on assets for product updates
- With Language Localization Manager, localize assets for App Store and Google Play, product landing pages
Competencies and Skills:
- Work with a variety of computer software programs (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Sketch, Figma, etc.)
- Good knowledge in UI/UX, marketing and psychology
- Strong knowledge of branding and corporate identities, advertising design, and typography
- An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
- Passion and enthusiasm for all things design with a creative flair
- Highly creative, motivated, and detail-oriented
- Perfect time management skills
- Early adopter and fast learner
- Ability to cope with several projects at a time
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
