Lead Web Designer

We are looking for a web designer to take the lead on development and refinement of our public facing website. This role requires a highly creative person with a superior eye for aesthetics and detail, the basic technical skills to implement the creations in our CMS, and an eagerness to learn new technologies to create mind-blowing web pages.

You will be responsible for putting the final touches on our new public website, which is currently being completely rebuilt. You will create unique designs and animations that fit into existing guidelines, and be in charge of ongoing updates by staying ahead of trends. You will take ownership of ongoing improvements, A/B tests, and expansions, while collaborating with the marketing/content team.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in similar role
  • Equally creative and analytical
  • A master of web oriented illustrations and lottie animations
  • Theoretical knowledge about both design and UX
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS and SVG
  • Basic experience with SEO and tools like Google Analytics and Semrush or similar
  • Experience with building on Webflow is a huge plus

Responsibilities:

  • Design and build new pages following Telzio’s brand guidelines
  • Optimize existing pages both visually, technically and for conversions
  • Create unique UI elements, such as icons, illustrations and animations
  • Lead Telzio’s creative brand guideline and keep assets up to date and organized
  • Analyze and improve UX across the site
  • Work with Telzio’s marketing team on development of new content and websites
