Junior Art Director - Video


You have a successful track record of contributing innovative ideas, working through concepts and developing high impact designs for videos and animations. You consistently partner with consultants and other designers to create solutions that deliver on branding, style and functionality. You have a comprehensive practical knowledge of the functionality of Adobe Creative Suite and another relevant software. You have an in depth understanding of visual language and an ability to turn ideas into impactful videos. You are a trusted business partner to all clients, demonstrating an ability to manage projects and deliver exceptional client service.

Lead the way with creating innovative and cutting-edge videos together with our global in-house video production team at the highest level. Together with our team of producers, scriptwriters, videographers and motion designers create powerful videos, tell unique stories and solve complex work-related problems.

This is a hybrid role - you spend time with the team and the clients in our office when needed, stay at home if you want to focus and get work done.


  • Collaborate with international project teams and internal clients to create cutting-edge videos and animations
  • Independently engage with clients; understanding and helping to solve complex client briefs while identifying and escalating potential challenges during a project
  • Propose design ideas in a confident, engaging and convincing way across a variety of channels
  • Written and Spoken English


Must demonstrate an appropriate competence and level of understanding in the following areas

  • Working within a branding effectively and creatively
  • Strong understanding of the principles of graphic design and how to use them effectively and creatively (Color, Typography, Layout and Composition and Hierarchy)
  • Ability and understanding in the research, analysis and development of how to effectively communicate and appropriately disseminate ideas/messages e.g. mood boards
  • The ability to apply a range of visual languages to express ideas across different environments
  • Demonstrate a self-reflective approach to work and an ability to give feedback on others - including awareness and understanding of current industry practices and future directions
  • Understand the needs of the client and how to ask the right questions
