Job Description
Sibly is looking for a mission-driven, creative part-time contract designer with experience in both print and digital design. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams on multiple projects that support the company’s vision and strategy. You’ll collaborate closely with management and key stakeholders while playing an important role in our powerful mission of delivering the most effective and accessible mental and overall wellness services.
What you’ll do:
- Design web & mobile user interface (UI) components that are both easy to use & visually appealing
- Contribute to building & maintaining design systems and style guides
- Create and manage a library of illustrations to be used in different areas including the marketing materials as well as our software products
- Create visual aspects of marketing materials, presentations, posters, and other media
- Shape the visual identity of the brand as the company evolves, and document the visual systems you build
Who you are:
- You have 3+ years of experience in visual & UI design
- You have an excellent eye for aesthetic design and customer appeal. You can create pixel-perfect visual designs (UI)
- You have experience working with design systems and style guides
- You have extensive experience with Figma & Photoshop
- You have a strong portfolio showcasing work in UI design, graphic design, and illustration
- You have experience working with design systems and style guides
- You are proficient in G Suite Slides and Microsoft Powerpoint
- You have excellent attention to detail
- You have great written, communication, analytical skills, with an ability to effectively present to executive staff and key stakeholders
- You enjoy collaboration and feedback, can give constructive and respectful critiques of others’ work, and can explain the reasoning behind your design decisions and opinions
- You are self-motivated and you love taking initiatives
- Team is primarily based in Redwood City, CA. Preference for this resource is to be located in PST or in +/- 2hrs time zone
Bonus points if:
- You are comfortable working with Illustrator
- You have experience in video production

Contract details:
Looking for a 1099 consultant that can commit to +/- 20 hours per week for 4+ months. This could flex depending on volume of work. Ideal resource will be a self starter who is driven and can independently identify initiatives of focus and improvement.
