Position Overview

Wisely is emerging as one of the fastest growing and most innovative SaaS companies in the tech and hospitality industries. Our unique brand positioning and brand awareness are vital to our success and growth. The Wisely Product team is looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Web Product Designer to help lead the continued development of our Web Dashboard.


What you’ll do:

  • Consistently design clean, intuitive flows that set the vision for our user experience.
  • Work to understand our users’ pain points and let them guide product decisions.
  • Collaborate with engineers, customer experience team and stakeholders to implement designs across the entire product lifecycle. 
  • Take full ownership of your work and the details required to ship a successful product. 
  • Implement design system elements into existing and newly designed web dashboard experiences.


Who you are:

  • You have 6+ years work experience,
  • and a portfolio that demonstrates a high level of understanding of UI/UX design across a variety of platforms.


  • You are a self-starter. 
  • You are able to take information and run a project autonomously while keeping key stakeholders in the loop


  • You are articulate in communicating design decisions. 
  • You effectively communicate your thoughts and motivations to designers and stakeholders. 


  • You are user-focused. 
  • You have empathy for the end-user and want to validate designs by gathering their feedback.


  • You have high standards for design implementation. 
  • You are meticulous in your designs and appreciate it as a craft. You want to contribute to a high-quality, design-forward brand.


  • You are flexible. 
  • You work well both independently and in a team environment. You enjoy trying new products to improve efficiency.


Required Skills:

  • Essential knowledge of web user interface best practices
  • Figma as your main design tool
  • Adobe CC
  • Prototyping

Not required but nice to have:

  • Basic or advanced front-end development experience
  • Creating websites in Webflow
