Senior Motion Graphics Artist

Contract Position

A|L Media Strategy, a nationally recognized media and strategic communications consulting firm, is looking for a motion graphic designer to join its team. Be part of a team that creates award-winning TV ads, web and digital content for clients and political campaigns across the country.

Responsibilities

Create and/or refine graphic elements for all products including TV, web, print, digital, and presentations
Works closely with production staff and account team; works independently, but can also take direction
Excels at motion, color, typography, composition and imagery, and animation of 2 and 3 dimensional images
Takes on a leadership position within the department, will maintain workflow and processes; must be organized and detail oriented

Job requirements:

3-5 years of experience; this is not an entry-level position
Expert level proficiency with Adobe Suite programs; After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Power Point, AE Plugins and other relevant motion design programs
Excellent communication skills
Proven ability to perform in a fast paced environment while handling multiple projects
Team player, department leader, innovative; self-motivated
Availability nights and weekends
