Reseller Operations Demand Analyst

In this role, you'll get to work closely with our customers and internal teams to drive sell thru, using expert data analytics and relationship management. You will be responsible for driving growth and top-line revenue while obsessing over the customer experience.

•Strong data manipulation skills including spreadsheet and database application knowledge

Description:

In this job, you'll work with the supply planning team and customers to maximise opportunities for sell-through.

Drive a management system which ensures continued improvement in service levels from forecast, demand signals, demand planning and delivery execution perspectives.

Actively identify material gaps in the order book vs. forecast, and you'll drive appropriate action to resolve these gaps.

Use expert analytical skills to report on customer performance and in turn, help us to deliver an even better customer experience.


Education:

Ideally, you will have 3 years + experience in a data analyst or planning role. Meaningful experience may include Contact Centre Planning, Project Planning, Resource Planning, Sales & Ops Planning.

Bachelors degree level in any of the following disciplines - Business, Economics, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Maths or Engineering
