Hi! We’re Upfront,

a sister company from the swiss digital agency Ginetta.

We’re a human-centred digital studio. We’re a team of remarkable problem solvers who make a difference with the products and experiences we craft. We believe in people, which is why we put them at the heart of everything we do.

We also believe together is better. Combined efforts lead to inspiring ideas and the best results, which is why we make sure to collaborate closely with our team members and our clients.

We’re looking for ambitious people who do more, go first and inspire others to do the same. We want curious, driven people who continuously improve. Your contribution will have a direct impact on the quality of the result, so it’s up to you to take full ownership of the project and embrace the challenges that come with it.

As a Visual Designer you are passionate about crafting visually stunning websites, apps and business applications for our clients. Your domain is visual interface design. You care deeply about carefully selected typography and you could talk about detailed color palettes for hours. A solid responsive grid and design system is the base for your design work and it meets the required accessibility standards.

You have an education in graphic design and work experience or dedicated further knowledge in digital design and you are fluent in English (min. C1).

We are a socially responsible company. We strive to provide a work environment that contributes to the well-being and personal growth of each employee. Besides the default social benefits, we offer a number of additional perks, such as personal time, personal budget, health insurance and mobile allowance.

Please visit our jobs page for the full list of benefits and perks we offer. We optimise your working life, so that you can focus on giving your best.

We look forward to hearing from you!
