Product & Design Lead

We are seeking a talented Product & Design Lead to join the VIZIT Team.

This role will be a member of our core team building and expanding upon VIZIT’s first-of-its-kind visual intelligence platform and image analysis services that are already in use by some of the biggest brands in the world. This position represents an opportunity to influence the evolution of this software in a material way. You’ll work alongside sales, marketing, design, engineering, customer success, and executive leadership to accelerate the growth of our business as we’re hitting an exciting inflection point in our company's journey.

Responsibilities:

• Drive product design and platform experience development with our team of world-class engineers, marketers, and AI research scientists
• Innovate and implement VIZIT brand identity and aesthetic consistency across all SaaS products and offerings
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features, interfaces end products
• Integrate market analysis, research and usability studies into product and feature requirements
• Ensure features and new releases are launched correctly and on schedule
• Partner with engineering teams to build and refine new user experiences and feature sets in the enterprise SaaS platform

Qualifications: 

• 5 or more years of experience as a product designer or senior UX designer
•  Experience developing data products, technologies and platforms in highly visual industries
• Proven ability to lead product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions for a complex or technical product with multiple user personas
• Experience managing day-to-day design direction and feature prioritization
• Experience and comfort working at startup velocity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong command of UI/UX principles, and experience defining, shaping, and informing design strategy
• Experience developing/launching products/technologies within one or more of the following: Cloud, SaaS, enterprise, big data, social media and/or artificial intelligence/machine learning, a plus.
• Proficiency in software prototyping and design tools (i.e.figma, Invison, sketch, principle)
• Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Customer Success or Marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
