WHAT YOU'LL BE

Front-End Designer/Developers are masters of design technology and visual storytelling.

This position is all about polished design, layouts, styles, and reusable components. You will be passionate about excellent web design first and a front end development second.

This is a 100% remote position for someone located in Brazil.

What You'll Need

1-2 years of project management experience
1-2 years of design consulting, freelancing, or working in an agency of some type
2-3 years of working with digital marketers, sales, or service teams
2-3 years developing highly refined professional interactive website designs & prototypes
3-5 years working as a digital designer
You kern like a boss
Imperfect pixels make you faint
Your design skills are superb
Proficiency in the Adobe Suite and Prototyping tools
Proficiency in writing and maintaining styles HTML/CSS
Solid understanding of JavaScript
An ability to be communicative, flexible, and precise under tight deadlines
Resourceful troubleshooter
Highly disciplined/organized and able to segment your time and focus in order to hit deadlines
Comfortable working with minimal supervision
Able to deliver client-ready work that is fully tested and contains minimal mistakes.
Excellent attitude and desire to learn
Located in Brazil
Capable to conduct all the requirements of the position in English and Portuguese

Most of our clients are in B2B software or B2B technology services. Please be familiar and excited to design for these types of businesses.

What You'll Do

Design

Develop low fidelity wireframes & prototypes
Design high fidelity responsive mockups
Create design systems and style libraries

Strategy

Lead clients through the process needed to deliver on their design goals
Generate briefs that clearly communicate clients needs and goals
Develop website information architecture

Technology

Understand and utilize relevant technologies for your role (Photoshop, Indesign, prototyping, image banks, design feedback tools...)
Prepare designs for back end developer handoff
Perform final QC & browser/device testing

Client Management

Keep personal meeting notes
Create client facing documents/presentations to present your work (diagrams, flowcharts, strategy documents, delivered work...)
