Website Designer

Hey there 👋

We are looking for a perfectionist and creative designer to own our website design, as well as our other marketing assets and projects.

Right now, we're on the verge of rebranding Slite.com (working with a great agency, studiokoto.co on that 🤩) and we'll deploy a lot more marketing efforts in the year to come, so the person owning the visual aspects there will be absolutely key to us..

The mission of this role is about giving our audience a sense of Slite application's value, great design and polish before they even try it.

On top of that, we often launch projects like Startup Bibles, Lead by Writing or Slite templates, that can be great growth drivers.

In this role you'd maintain those, ideate and launch other similar projects along with the growth team💫🚀.

Who will I be working with?

We are a small 25 people team, fully distributed and among us we have 2 super talented product designers, Clara & Rob🤗.

They handled most of the website and marketing projects design so far and you'd interact with them a ton.

In parallel our growth squad is working on growth experiment inside the product and on marketing efforts. You'd be part of this team for starters and would collaborate a lot with Laure, Dunja and Adrien there.

📖 What do I need?

Great visual skills You can show great past executions, on website, apps and possibly other medium

CreativityYou have worked on solid side projects, you have ideas for Slite

Independent mindsetThis is a role in interaction with all parts of our team, and we'll need you to own and prioritize your projects.

Good marketing and copy understandingYou'll incorporate copy in your design all the time. We'll need you to be able to challenge and refine it.

You're a team player and great communicatorWe value our team relationship HIGHLY, and as a full remote company we need super solid communication.

A very strong bonus points would be to have experience in JS, React and the ability to develop part of your designs ✨
