Our client is looking for a Senior UX Designer (User Experience) who has big picture experience with design systems and style guides. Also possessing a technical/creative mix with keen attention to detail.

Job Description:
You will collaborate with product managers and developers on agile scrum teams to impact the products across the country. Your responsibilities will consist of creating new products, redesigning current experiences, building the pattern library and optimizing ecommerce flows.
Skills:
- 5 or more years of design experience for enterprise digital products
- Solid understanding of clear design interfaces
- Ability to create build and expand a design system and pattern library
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional product lines
- Experience with common visual design tools, particularly Sketch and the Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of or fluency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Passionate about usability, mobile technology, and graphic design
Duties:
- Work with product managers to conceive new features and site improvements
- Design user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, and clickable prototypes
- Grow and manage our team's assets, such as pattern libraries and style guides
- Be a design leader and mentor more junior designers on the team
