About the Position

As a Senior Designer, you are more than a top-notch visual designer: You are a strategic and conceptual thinker who loves a challenge. You are a strong communicator who is comfortable pitching ideas to clients, asking difficult questions, and challenging assumptions. You geek out over UI details, color, and typography, but love content strategy and information architecture. Most importantly, you believe in the power of great design to move people.

You must have:

~5 years of experience creating web-based products and brands with a portfolio that showcases how you translate real-world needs into excellent products
Participated in the full cycle of web-based and brand projects
Experience creating information architecture including sitemaps, wireframes, and user flows
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with and present solutions to clients
Expert knowledge of creative software including Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite
A strong understanding of front-end development principles including HTML, CSS, and Javascript with an ability to collaborate effectively with a team of developers
The desire to collaborate and constantly learn
An ability to effectively manage your time around multiple projects
