Product Designer (UI/UX)
Quick facts: Full-time role, onsite, compensation £45k - £60k p.a. depending on experience. Employee share options plan in place. (part time and working from home days possible)
Actioncy Tech Ltd. is a games industry and marketing technology company based in London. Our mission is to recover marketing’s creative and exciting spirit; freeing it from current ops hell and attribution turf wars.

The Role
We are looking for an empathic and experienced Digital Product Designer to join our developers in an open, focused and fast-paced culture. As our champion for intuitive, structured and accessible design, you’ll be building the foundations of how our application works and our brand is represented across devices, audiences and industries.
Responsibilities include:
- Work alongside our Developers and Founder to transform the vision of a lean, fast and fun to use marketing platform
- Apply user research and usability testing techniques to make sure what we build will be adopted by front line marketers
- Champion the production of wireframes, prototypes, concept sketches, interaction designs and user flows
- Handle our company's brand toolkit and continuously improve it
- Be able to use a modern toolset of capturing and presenting UI/UX insights to our team
- Attend UX conferences and meet up events as and when required
Key Skills/Experience
- At least one year of experience in a professional product design, UI or web application design role
- A working knowledge of Figma, Sketch, InVision and Adobe Creative Suite or equivalents, bonus points for prototyping and screen capture experience
- Proficient in wire-framing and comfortable producing concept sketches and user flows
- Experience of user research and usability testing would be a bonus
- Open, respectful and determined communication skills
