UX Designer

UX Designer is responsible for collecting, researching, investigating and evaluating user requirements. Their responsibility is to deliver an outstanding user experience providing an exceptional and intuitive application design. This candidate will be responsible for building clean and effective user experience for our customers. By working cross-functionally, this candidate will understand needs from the product management, engineering, and business stakeholders and will be able to build solutions that fit those needs.


Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement new designs. 
  • Optimize existing user interface designs.
  • Test for intuitive and experience.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.
  • Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions.
  • Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements.
  • Create prototypes for new product ideas.
  • Test new ideas before implementing them.
  • Conduct an ongoing user research.
  • Engage with product management, engineering, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to understand the project.
  • Develop and present documentation, user flows, annotated wire-frames, and interactive prototypes.
  • Leverage user testing to make product improvements.


Qualifications

  • 7 years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
  • UX design portfolio.
  • Knowledge of Usability Factors in Human-Computer Interaction.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to discuss and explain design options.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Critical thinker.
  • Problem solver and customer-centered.
  • Proficient in visual design and wire-framing tools
  • Knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, XD, Acrobat, and Dreamweaver.
  • 3-4 years experience with HTML 5 & CSS
  • Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field of study.
